The story begins with Tanikella Bharani, the owner of a private security firm sending Venkatadri (Venkatesh) to work as the Bodyguard of Prakash Raj. Venkatadri readily agrees as Prakash Raj had saved his life and that of his mother when they met with an accident during his childhood.Venkatadri lands up in the village of Prakash Raj. Soon he learns that the real threat is not to Prakash Raj but his daughter Keerthi. Kota Srinivasa Rao and his son are after the life of Keerthi in order to take revenge for the death of Kota"s son.Prakash Raj sends the Bodyguard to safeguard his daughter Keerthi who is studying in a college in the city. Swathi (Saloni) and Ali accompany Keerthi and Bodyguard. Keerthi cannot stand the Bodyguard following her all the time. She plays a prank on him in order to disturb him and hopes that this will keep him of her back. She keeps calling him up and telling him that she loves him.Bodyguard is an innocent guy who believes that a girl is really in love with him.
